Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a horrible idea. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Choosing water instead of other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated.   1. In a pot using vegetable oil fry onion and green pepper, add tomatoes paprika and wet masala and stir.
  2. Add knorrox cube for taste then thicken with brown onion soup.
  3. Add chutney to sweeten the sour tomatoes then serve.
  4. Served with braai pap,wors, mashed potatoes and chakalaka.
