Ingredients of Simple Dinner

  1. Prepare 1 can of 15 oz chili.
  2. It's 1 can of 15 oz whole kernel corn.
  3. Prepare 1 can of 15 oz dice tomato with chilies ....ie rotel.
  4. Prepare 1 can of 15 oz chili beans.
  5. You need 2 packages of 6.5 oz each corn bread mix.
  6. You need 2 cup of velveeta cheese, cubed.

Simple Dinner instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Mix canned ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Pour into 10x13x2 casserole pan.
  4. Mix cornbread as directed on package and pour on top of can mixture.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes until surface of cornbread is dry to touch.
  6. Place cubed cheese on top and put back in oven.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and nicely browned..
  8. Serve and enjoy.
