This isn't as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, using the stairs is a great way to get some extra exercise. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will choose to be sluggish and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a horrible idea. Getting all of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Having water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Water is often the main element to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are lots of things you can do to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your health levels. You really want your body to be powerful too.

Zenzai (Sweet Azuki Soup)

Ingredients of Zenzai (Sweet Azuki Soup)

  1. Prepare 1 cup of ‘Azuki’ Beans (Red Beans).
  2. It's 1/2-1 cup of Sugar.
  3. Prepare 1/8-1/6 teaspoon of Salt.
  4. You need 4 of Mochi (Rice Cakes) *OR Dango Dumplings, ‘Mochi Ice Cream’ is also good!.

Zenzai (Sweet Azuki Soup) step by step

  1. Place Azuki Beans in a large saucepan or a pot and cover them with a plenty of water, and cook until the beans are swollen and plump. Darin the water. *Soaking the beans in water overnight saves cooking time..
  2. Return the beans back into the saucepan, cover with plenty of water again, and cook until the beans are tender..
  3. Remove excess water OR add extra water to make the water level just enough to cover the beans. Add Sugar and Salt, and simmer, stirring occasionally, for a few more minutes..
  4. Enjoy with Toasted Mochi (Rice Cakes) or Dango Dumplings. 'Zenzai' can be enjoyed hot or cold. *Note: Mochi Ice Cream is also good..
