Go up the stairs. Walk up the stairs to where you live or work as opposed to using the elevator. This isn't as simple to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, using the stairs is a excellent way to get some extra exercise. Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get off of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a bad idea. Getting all your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Ingredients of Fish-fins

  1. It's 500 g of Yankee Clippers (or any white fish).
  2. It's 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Prepare 2 cups of water.
  4. You need 1 cup of lentils.
  5. It's 1/2 cup of frozen peas.
  6. Prepare 1 can of tuna.
  7. Prepare 1 of dried red chilli.
  8. It's 2 tablespoons of fresh mixed herbs.
  9. It's 1/2 teaspoon of paprika.
  10. It's 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
  11. It's 1 teaspoon of salt.
  12. Prepare 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  13. Prepare 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  14. It's 2 of eggs.
  15. Prepare 2 tablespoons of flour.

Fish-fins step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 180’C..
  2. Coat a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside..
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and bake for 20 minutes in an oven dish..
  4. Heat the water in a pot on the stove..
  5. Rinse and drain the lentils..
  6. Add lentils to the water, bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes..
  7. Add the peas to the lentils and simmer for 10 minutes..
  8. Add more water if required..
  9. Flake the fish with a fork, remove any fish bones..
  10. Combine the tuna and fish..
  11. Mix the chilli, herbs, paprika, curry, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl..
  12. Drain the lentils and peas with cold water..
  13. Combine the fish, eggs, flour and herb mixture..
  14. Combine the fish mixture, lentils and peas..
  15. Divide mixture evenly among the muffin cups..
  16. Bake for 20 minutes..
  17. Let the fish-fins rest in the muffin pan for 5-10 minutes to set..
  18. Best served hot..

Cooktime: 30 Minutes

Serve: 4 Persons
