This isn't as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, making use of the stairs is a superb way to get some extra exercise. Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will choose to be idle and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Water is the most effective beverage out there. Soda and coffee, when consumed in small amounts, aren't that bad. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Having water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Water is typically one of the keys to really losing weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Intensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done each day, can do a lot to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart about the decisions you make each day is a start. Ingredients of Tuna

  1. It's Half of Tuna Fish (cleaned).
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of AP Flour.
  3. It's 1 tbsp of Royco.
  4. You need 2 of eggs.
  5. You need to taste of Salt.
  6. It's of Cooking oil.
  7. It's of Mustard (or a dip of your choice).

Tuna instructions

  1. Cut the tuna fish into cubes and wash then place aside..
  2. Heat the cooking oil, then Mix the flour & Royco and place aside..
  3. Beat the eggs and place aside..
  4. Take each piece of tuna and dip/coat with the flour mixture, then the egg, then finally the flour mixture again..
  5. Deep fry the pieces until golden brown..
  6. Enjoy with mustard..

Cooktime: 60 Minutes

Serve: 2 Persons
