This isn't as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, using the stairs is a superb way to get some extra exercise. Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get out of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Drink water, not other beverages. Having a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your lone source of hydration, conversely, is dumb. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the key to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get wholesome. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. You can do small things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. Looking to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about reducing your weight. It is more about making your body as strong as it can be.

Tuna and pasta

Ingredients of Tuna and pasta

  1. It's 1 can of tuna.
  2. It's 1/2 box of elbow pasta.
  3. It's 1/4 can of black beans.
  4. It's 1/4 can of diced tomatoes.
  5. You need of fish seasoning.
  6. You need 2 tbsp of butter.
  7. Prepare 2 cup of water.

Tuna and pasta step by step

  1. Open and drain canned tuna then add to sauce pan on med to low heat, then add tomatoes, black beans, seasoning, butter and mix together..
  2. Boil 2 cups of and add pasta to pot, when done cooking, drain water from pasta and combine cooked tuna with pasta, mix well totether. Let cool for a few minutes and serve..

Preptime: 35 Minutes

Cooktime: 60 Minutes

Serve: 4 Persons
