Run the stairs. Stroll up the stairs to where you live or work as an alternative to using the elevator. Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a fantastic way to get some exercise in. If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? Most people will decide to be sluggish and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Drink water, not other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a horrible idea. It is, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. When you decide on water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are plenty of things you can pursue to become healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. Little things, when done every day, can do a lot to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart about the choices you make each day is a start. Trying to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your health levels. It has more to do with making your body as powerful as it can be.

Crunchy Tuna Salad

Ingredients of Crunchy Tuna Salad

  1. Prepare 1 can of tuna fish.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of miracle whip.
  3. It's 1 tablespoon of pickle relish.
  4. You need 1 teaspoon of Mustard.
  5. Prepare 1 of small green onion.
  6. It's 1 of small yellow onion.
  7. Prepare 6-8 of green olives.
  8. Prepare 1 of small celery rib.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
  10. You need 1 teaspoon of celery seed.
  11. It's 1 teaspoon of salt.
  12. It's 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt.
  13. It's 1/2 teaspoon of pepper.

Crunchy Tuna Salad step by step

  1. Chop All Veggies to desired sized pieces. Mix together in a bowl with pickle relish, mustard, miracle whip, and parmesan cheese. *(the green olives I used are feta cheese stuffed, my favorite! But any or none will do as well!).
  2. Open and drain tuna fish. Mix well into other ingredients..
  3. Add seasonings and desired spices if any. Mix Well..
  4. My Family enjoys this as "Toasted Tuna Sandwich" Night! We put it on Our favorite toast with crispy lettuce and it is Delicious! However I have also put this on Salads and Enjoyed it that way as Well! Yummo! Enjoy!.
