This isn't as simple to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, utilizing the stairs is a great way to get some extra exercise. Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will decide to be idle and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Select water over other drinks. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. Getting most of your hydration from them is a awful idea. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthful and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are a lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. It is the little things you choose day after day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Don't forget that health isn't only about just how much you weigh. It has more to do with making your body as strong as it can be.

Ingredients of Curry Fish

  1. Prepare of Mackarel tuna.
  2. Prepare of Green Round Eggplants.
  3. You need 2 of Tomatoes cut into quarters.
  4. You need 300 ml of Coconut milk.
  5. Prepare To taste of sugar.
  6. Prepare of Green curry seasoning.
  7. Prepare 2 inches of galangal - smashed.
  8. Prepare 2 inches of ginger - smashed.
  9. It's 2 of bay leaves.
  10. You need 1 of lemonggrass - smashed.
  11. Prepare 3 of kaffir lime leaves.
  12. It's 4 cloves of garlic.
  13. Prepare 8 of shallots.
  14. It's of Cayenne pepper.
  15. Prepare To taste of chicken powder.
  16. You need of Water.
  17. Prepare of Olive oil.

Curry Fish instructions

  1. Fry half cooked mackarel tuna and set aside.
  2. Cut the eggplants into quarters.
  3. Blend shallot, garlic and some cayenne pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pot, add blended garlic shallot and cayenne pepper and fry until fragrant, add lemong grass, bay leave, kaffir lime leaves, and fry for few minutes, add curry pasta and fry until you get nice smell of curry pasta..
  5. Add boiled water, put in macharel tuna and cook over high heat.
  6. Add eggplants, cayenne pepper and bring it to boil again, then turn into lower heat and cook untill eggplants get soft..
  7. Put in tomato coconut milk and bring it to boil again then turn into lower heat again and add chicken powder and sugar to taste..
  8. And Curry is getting ready. Place it in a bowl and serve 😘.
