  2. Prepare 1 of full lemon.
  3. You need 1 of ts ofVegetable oil or olive oil.
  4. Prepare Pinch of salt.
  5. You need 1/2 tea spoon of grated garlic.

Grilled tuna fish tails instructions

  1. Clean the fish tails briefly in running water and after drying marinate with a mixture of garlic, lemon juice and salt for 5 minutes.
  2. In a moderate heat, pre heat the pan for 30 seconds and add a tb spoon of oil. And let it heat for another half a minute..
  3. Add your fish tails and fry while regulating your heat to avoid burnt carefully. For 3 minutes each side.
  4. After pan grilling add your remaining marinade to the freshly grilled fish and enjoy with green salads.
