This isn't as easy to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, using the stairs is a great way to get some extra exercise. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

Select water over other refreshments. Having a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as an alternative to other beverage adds to your body's health and helps it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Productive weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water intake.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get healthy and balanced. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being smart when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Wanting to get in as much exercise as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your health levels. You need to make your body as strong you can make it.

  5. It's 2 of royco cubes.

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions,fry until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes.
  4. Add garlic,mash to form paste.
  5. Add your canned tuna fish.
  6. Sprikle royco cubes on top,turn and cover for 3mins.
