While this will be tough to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is entirely do-able. Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. So many people choose the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Choose water over other refreshments. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a bad idea. It is, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. When you choose water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really reducing your weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are plenty of things you can go after to become healthy. Not all of them demand fancy gym memberships or restricted diets. Little things, when done each day, can do a lot to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. A good amount of physical activity each day is also important. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about reducing your weight. You need to help to make your body as strong you can make it.

  3. Ab is mai baking powder, vennila extract aur yellow food colour daal kar ache se mix kar lain..
  4. Ab is mai maida daal kar halke hathoon se mix kar lain aur 180 k temperature pe 25 se 30 minutes k liye bake karain. (ye better 2 pounds cake ka hai.).
  5. Mazedaar simple tea cake tayar hai..
