Choose water over other drinks. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. Getting most of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. When you choose water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat gross diet foods. Effective weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water ingestion.
There are a lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Make smart choices every day is a great start. Getting as much exercise as possible is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren't the only signal of your health levels. You need your body to be strong too.
