Run the stairs. Rather than riding an elevator, take the stairs to the floor you live or work on. While this will be difficult to do if you live on or if your job is on a seriously high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is entirely do-able. Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an efforts on the stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Drink water, not other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a bad idea. Using them for your sole source of hydration, however, is dumb. Having water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without needing to buy and eat gross diet foods. Successful weight loss efforts often depend solely on water intake.

There are all sorts of activities that you can do to get healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. Getting as much physical exercise as possible is another factor. Remember: being healthy and balanced isn’t just about losing weight. You want your body to be strong too.

Ingredients of Simple homemade and decorated eggless vanilla cake

  1. It's 1 of Round Sponge cake.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Whipped cream.
  3. Prepare bag of Piping.
  4. It's as required of Nozzal as shown in pic.
  5. Prepare 1 Glass of water with sugar dissolved in it.

  1. Take a sponge cake,I have taken homemade vanilla sponge cake bread.
  2. Cut it into three part as shown in pic.
  3. Take dairy / non dairy whipping cream in a bowl add little bit of vanilla essence and whip it till soft peak formed.
  4. Now place one sponge,apply sugar water syrup on sponge cake with help of brush or spoon and place whipp cream on it.
  5. Spread the whip cream with help of spoon on the sponge and cover sides of cake also in same way repeat the process till all three sponge layers formed,in between each layer of sponge one should apply sugar syrup and then whipped cream.
  6. After the cake is covered with whipp cream from all sides use the scrapper to form the outer design.
  7. Tip :for beginner it is difficult to get sharp edge so it’s better to use scrapper as it gives design and cover up the flaws.
  8. Now in piping pig place the nozzal for making rose.
  9. Make rose,as a beginner you won’t have rose nail do use glass for making rose.
  10. Now by use of scissors take rose and place it on cake,star nozzal can be used to make edge design or even the rose nozzal can be used to make outer design.
  11. The cake decoration done,let it set in fridge for some time.
