Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will decide to be sluggish and take an elevator instead of opting for exercise on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a handful of times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.
Drink water, not alternative beverages. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. It is, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. When you choose water over other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat terrible diet foods. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.
There are lots of things you can do to become healthy. An costly gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it.
