Even if you do live or work on one of the top floors, you can still get out of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. So many people choose the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your sole source of hydration, conversely, is dumb. Choosing water instead of other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the key to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are lots of things you can do to become healthy. Not all of them necessitate fancy gym memberships or limited diets. Little things, when done each day, can do a lot to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent about the choices you make each day is a start. Ingredients of Simple Vanilla Birthday Cake

  1. Prepare 4 cups of flour.
  2. Prepare 1 Sachet of simas.
  3. Prepare 2 cups of sugar.
  4. It's 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
  5. Prepare 2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  6. It's 1/4 of salt.
  7. You need 1 cup of Milk.
  8. Prepare 4 of eggs.

Simple Vanilla Birthday Cake instructions

  1. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add in your eggs and Mix well.
  3. Add your vanilla extract.
  4. Mix your wet ingredients(flour,baking powder and salt).
  5. Divide the wet ingredients into 4 add one portion and mix.
  6. Divide Milk into 3 add one portion and mix.Then add flour again and Alternatively adding your flour and Milk respectively making sure you start with flour and end with flour..
  7. Mix them altogether until you get a smooth blend..
  8. Divide the batter into 2 and add 2 teaspoons of blue food colour into one of the batter and Mix.
  9. Grease your pan with butter and flour then pour in your batter mixture and bake @180degree for 30-40minutes..
