Ingredients of Simple vanilla cupcakes

  1. You need 1 of and 1/4 cup or 200g of all purpose flour.
  2. You need 3/4 of +2 tbsp of margarine.
  3. You need 200 g of sugar.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of baking powder.
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
  6. Prepare 4 of eggs.

  1. Bring all your ingredients together.
  2. Place margarine(at room temp) in a clean bowl and add in sugar mix them together to get a course mixture.
  3. Add an egg at a time and mix together then add in your vanilla essence as stir.
  4. In a separate bowl mix flour with baking powder.
  5. Add the dry mix into the wet mix and stir to get the right consistency.
  6. I had preheated the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  7. Grease the cupcake holes and add your paste 3/4 of each hole.
  8. Place in the middle of the oven and make for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees or until they become well browned.
  9. Set aside to cool before serving with milk or a drink that isn't too sugary....because these cupcakes are extremely sweet.
