Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get off of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even just a individual flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Water is the most effective beverage out there. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your sole source of hydration, however, is dumb. Having water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories away from your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Productive weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water intake.

There are many things you can go after to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. You can do tiny things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make smart choices every day is a great start. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also important. Remember: being healthy and balanced isn’t just about losing weight. You need to help to make your body as strong you can make it.

Ingredients of Simple dry fruits cake

  1. You need 3 of eggs.
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup of sugar.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of refined oil.
  4. It's 1 cup of maida/All -purpose flour.
  5. It's 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
  6. It's 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
  7. It's 4 tablespoon of milk.
  8. Prepare 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  9. Prepare as needed of Chopped dry fruits.

  1. In a bowl put the eggs and beat it with a hand blender till fluffy and doubled in size.
  2. While beating the eggs add the sugar gradually and after that add oil and again beat it,now place a sieve and add flour baking powder and baking soda and sift and pour into the batter and beat it by adding the milk gradually.
  3. Now in a greased mould(6inch) pour the batter and bake it in a preheated oven at 190 degree celsius for about 40 to 45 minutes.....
  4. Ready to serve.
