Ingredients of My simple Basbousa cake

  1. Prepare 1 cup of semolina.
  2. It's Half of cup of cold water.
  3. It's 2 of eggs.
  4. It's 1 of teaspn baking pwdr.
  5. Prepare 2 tbspn of sugar.
  6. Prepare Pinch of salt.
  7. Prepare of Milk flavour.
  8. Prepare 2 tbspn of veg oil.
  9. It's Half of cup of condensed milk.

My simple Basbousa cake step by step

  1. Break ur eggs and sugar, beat till pluffy..
  2. Add ur cold water and oil n beat again.
  3. Add ur semolina,baking pwdr,pinch of salt and mix.
  4. Mix but do not over mix..
  5. Pre heat ur oven, grease ur pan,pour in the mixture n bake for 30 mins..
  6. Allow 2 cool n cut into desired shape drizzle condensed milk and serve..
