Simple Coconut Cake

Ingredients of Simple Coconut Cake

  1. It's 1 1/2 cup of shredded coconut.
  2. It's 1 cup of white sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 eggs.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 25 mins to 35mins. Once the cake is cool, slice and enjoy with a tall glass of chilled zobo.
