You can do little things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the decisions you make each day is a start. Trying to get in as much exercise as possible is another. Don't overlook that health isn't only about how much you weigh. It has more to do with making your body as powerful as it can be.

  5. It's 2 of ripe avocados, flesh chopped into small chunks and tossed gently in some lemon juice.
  6. You need 300 grams of cooked, cooled and peeled prawns.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  8. You need 8 slice of ciabatta or french baguette bread sliced on the diagonal, my free-from baguette recipe link is below.
  9. You need 8 of baby gem lettuce leaves.
  10. Prepare 1 pinch of paprika or ground cayenne pepper to garnish.

  1. In a bowl, mix the mayo, tomato sauce and Tabasco to taste. You might like to add a drop of brandy too.
