While this will be hard to do if you live on or if your job is on a super high level floor in a skyscraper, taking the stairs to a home or office on, say, the fifth floor is entirely do-able. If you do work on a super high floor, why not get off the elevator a couple of floors early and walk the rest of the way? Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Drink water, not other beverages. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the key to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are all sorts of things that you can do to get wholesome. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Being clever when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as you possibly can is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your health levels. You need your body to be strong too.

  3. Prepare 200 grams of cherry tomatoes sliced/2 small regular tomatoes.
  4. Prepare Handful of chopped cilantro.
  5. It's of Italian herbs to season.
  6. Prepare of Chilli flakes to season.
  7. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  8. You need of Crushed black pepper to season.
  9. It's of Olive oil to drizzle.
  10. It's 1/2 of juice of lemon for each type.
  11. It's of For guacamole Bruschetta:.
  12. You need 1 of large ripe avocado.
  13. It's of For chickpeas Bruschetta:.
  14. It's 150 grams of cooked chickpeas.
  15. Prepare of For caprese Bruschetta:.
  16. Prepare 50 grams of mozzarella grated/pearls.
  17. You need of For serving:.
  18. Prepare 1 of foot Long French Baguette.
  19. You need 1 of garlic clove.

Bruschetta Platter step by step

  1. Prepping the bread:.
  2. Slice the baguette into thin roundels(about 12-15 slices).
  3. Place them on a baking tray and drizzle some olive oil on them.
  4. Peel and smash the garlic slightly.
  5. Rub the crushed garlic on one side of every bread slice.
  6. Now bake or grill the bread slices till crisp (about 8-10 minutes).
  7. For guacamole Bruschetta:.
  8. Slice,core and scoop out the flesh of the avocado in a bowl.
  9. Add seasoning like salt, pepper, cilantro, chilli flakes and Italian herbs.
  10. Add 2 tablespoon onion and tomatoes.
  11. Drizzle olive oil and juice of 1/2 lemon.mix well.
  12. Add a spoonful of the guacamole mix over a toasted slice of bread and garnish with cilantro to finish.
  13. For chickpeas Bruschetta:.
  14. Mash the chickpeas well in a bowl.
  15. Add the common seasoning and 2 tablespoon of onions and tomatoes.
  16. Drizzle olive oil and juice of 1/2 a lemon.mix well.
  17. Add a spoonful of the chickpeas mix on a toasted slice of bread and garnish with cilantro to finish..
  18. For Classic Bruschetta:.
  19. Combine 1 chopped onion and tomato in a bowl.
  20. Add all the seasonings, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
  21. Top a toasted slice of bread with a spoonful of mix to finish.
  22. For caprese Bruschetta:.
  23. Add a spoonful of classic Bruschetta mix on a toast and top with some cheese.
  24. Microwave till the cheese melts and it’s ready.
  25. Lastly drizzle with all the Bruschettas with some Italian herbs before plating (optional).
