Drink water, not other beverages. Soda and coffee, when used in moderation, aren't that bad. Using them for your sole source of hydration, however, is dumb. When you decide on water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. This also helps you lower your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat terrible diet foods. Water is often the key to successful weight loss and healthfulness.
There are plenty of things you can go after to become healthy. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. You can do little things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also critical.
