  1. peel and cute avocado into 1/4 inch slice then in milk with hot sauce for 20 min.
  2. turn broiler on HI.
  3. place bacon on cookie sheet and sprinkle brown sugar on bacon. put bacon on top rack for 3 min then flip and remove.
  4. in small bowl add corn meal salt and pepper..
  5. remove avocado from milk and place in corn meal mix..
  6. add veg oil to pan and on med..
  7. fry avocado for two min then flip..
  8. add egg yolk to hole in avocado and cook for one to two min..
  9. butter baguette and place under broil till golden brown..
  10. plate with avocado egg on top of baguette with bacon on side..
