Ingredients of Zucchini Garlic Bread

  2. It's 1 of French Baguette.
  3. You need 1 tsp of Salt or to taste.

  5. Prepare 3-4 tbsp of Butter melted.
  6. You need 2-3 tbsp of Garlic paste.
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp of Coriander Leaves finely chopped.

  1. First of all, cut the Baguette to 1" thick slices. In a bowl, mix all the rest of the ingredients including the grated Zucchini..
  2. Spread this evenly onto all the slices. Arrange them on the grill plate. Microwave on Power HIGH for 4-8 minutes. That's it. Do not do it at once in one single go. Do it at an interval of every 2 minutes..
