Cucumber Toasties

Ingredients of Cucumber Toasties

  1. It's 1 of French Baguette.
  2. It's 2 of Cumcumbers.
  3. You need 1 (8 oz) of Package Light Cream Cheese.
  4. It's 0.5 cup of Light Mayonnaise.
  5. You need 0.5 (0.7 oz) of package Italian Dressing Seasoning.
  6. You need of Dill Weed.

Cucumber Toasties instructions

  1. Cut baguette into half inch slices.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Soead a small amount (less than a teaspoon) on each slice of bread.
  4. Wash and peal the cucumber, then cut into 2mm thick slices at about a 45 degree angle.
  5. Place cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese and sprinkle with dill weed.

Preptime: 21 Minutes

Cooktime: 45 Minutes
