Momma's Tropical French Toast

.

Right before we start out, I needed to let you understand about The Simple Ways to Be Healthy.

We all realize that, in order to really be healthy and balanced, nutritious and balanced meal plans are important as are good amounts of exercise. Sadly, there isn't often enough time or energy for us to really do the things we want to do. When our work day is complete, most people do not want to go to the gym. A delicious, grease laden burger is usually our food of choice and not a crunchy green salad (unless we are vegetarians). The good news is that making healthy choices doesn’t have to be a pain. If you keep at it, you'll get all of the required nutrients and exercise. Here are some of the best methods to be healthy and balanced.

Make smart choices when grocery shopping. When you make wise choices at the grocery store, your meals will get healthier automatically. Think for a second: you don't want to go to a chaotic grocery store or sit in a long line at the drive thru at the end of your day. You want to get home immediately and have something great. Your house should be stored with healthy foods and ingredients. In this way, even when you decide that you want something greasy or not super nutritous, you will still be choosing items that are healthier for you than you would probably choose while running into a store or fast food restaurant.

Run the stairs. Rather than using an elevator, take the stairs to the floor you live or work on. This isn't as simple to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, utilizing the stairs is a superb way to get some extra exercise. Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. So many people pick the elevator over hiking even a single flight of stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the additional boost that your system needs.

Pick water over other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a horrible idea. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Drinking water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to resort to terrible tasting diet food. Productive weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water consumption.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the answer. It is the little things you choose on a daily basis that really help you with weight loss and getting healthy. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. Wanting to get in as much exercise as possible is another. The numbers on the scale aren't the only signal of your health levels. You need your body to be strong too.

Alright, finally! Here is your recipe currently. Thanks for studying my post, don't forget to share this recipe to Your loved ones, your folks, neighbours, and many others. Possess a awesome day.

Momma's Tropical French Toast step by step

  1. Heat pan to medium low.
  2. Mix all ingredients except the bread, caramel, and coconut oil, let sit 10 minutes and check consistency (the chia will absorb moisture so you might end up adding a little more pineapple juice.
  3. I like to slice the bread into sticks by cutting each slice in half and then each half in half again, less messy for little hands this way..
  4. Soak bread in egg mixture, if you're using sandwich bread you're going to want to dip it in and take it out fairly quickly, baguettes can handle more soaking.
  5. Fry egg soaked bread in coconut until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve with coconut rum caramel sauce....
