  5. You need 1 of Granulated sugar.
  6. It's 10 grams of Butter.

  1. Whisk together the shio-koji, eggs, and milk, then soak the baguette slices in it..
  2. Thoroughly immerse both sides..
  3. Sprinkle granulated sugar on the tops of the slices..
  4. In a heated pan, melt the butter, then fry the baguette slices, with the sugared side down..
  5. Flip them over, then sprinkle more granulated sugar and fry..
