Even if you only have just one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Pick water over other products. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your lone source of hydration, however, is dumb. When you decide on water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthy and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is typically one of the keys to really reducing your weight and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are many things you can do to become healthy. An expensive gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done every day, can do a lot to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart about the decisions you make each day is a start. Getting as much exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Remember: being healthful isn’t just about slimming down. It is more about making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Ingredients of Pear and Goat cheese crostini

  1. You need 1 large of fresh bagett bread.
  2. It's 1 packages of chevere Goat Cheese.
  3. It's 1 bunch of chives.
  4. You need 2 large of Bosch Pears.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of honey.

Pear and Goat cheese crostini instructions

  1. Slice up the bagett thin and toast them off in olive oil and a Lil salt.
  2. Slice thin the pears.
  3. Spread the goat cheese onto the crostini.
  4. Top with the pear drizzle with a little bit of honey.
  5. Chop up the chives and add a cpl just for garnish.
