Even if your office or home is on one of the highest floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an attempt on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Choose water over other refreshments. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your only source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. When you pick out water more than other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthy and hydrated. This also helps you reduce your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat disgusting diet foods. Water is often the main element to successful weight loss and healthfulness.

There are a good deal of things that factor into getting healthy. An expensive gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. Little things, when done each day, can do plenty to enable you to get healthy and lose pounds. Being clever when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as you possibly can is another factor. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about making your body as sturdy as it can be.

  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon powder.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Baking powder.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of Baking soda.
  7. Prepare 2 tbsp of Coconut powder.
  8. You need 1 cup of Butter.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of Orange zest.
  10. It's of Walnut 4 chopped.
  11. It's of Almonds 5 chopped.
  12. Prepare of Pumpkin seeds 5 crushed.
  13. Prepare 1 of banana mashed.

  1. First gather all dry and wet ingredients..
  2. Mix the dry ingredients. Set aside..
  3. Second make orange zest.
  4. Chop banana.
  5. Now mash it with a fork..
  6. Melt the butter in microwave for 20 mins.
  7. Add orange zest.
  8. Now mix well..
  9. Add dry ingredients.
  10. Make it into a soft dough. When crumbly. Add some milk to make it smooth..
  11. Flatten it out in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 mins..
  12. The ingredients for garnish.
  13. Chop them..
  14. Take out the dough and some nuts and mix well. Knead it well and make shapes..
  15. Garnish with banana paste, then nuts and coconut..
  16. Bake in the oven for 20 mins. About 180°c..
