Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get out of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. So many people choose the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing down and up it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Select water over other products. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. Using them for your only source of hydration, however, is dumb. Ingesting water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Productive weight loss efforts often depend entirely on water consumption.

There are plenty of things you can go after to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the answer. Little things, when done every day, can do a lot to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Make sensible choices every day is a great start. Trying to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. Don't overlook that health isn't only about how much you weigh. It is more about making your body as strong as it can be.

Ingredients of Healthy fat-free granola bars

  1. It's 1 of ripe mashed banana.
  2. It's 1/4 cup of applesauce.
  3. It's 2 tbsp of honey.
  4. Prepare 1 of egg white.
  5. You need 1 tsp of cinnamon.
  6. Prepare of vanilla extract.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of salt.
  8. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of oats.
  9. You need 1/4 cup of coconut flakes.
  10. You need 1/4 cup of dried cranberries.
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup of hazelnuts.

  1. Whisk the first 7 ingredients together.
  2. Add the oats, coconut flakes, dried cranberries and hazelnuts.
  3. Press the mixture into a parchment papper lined baking dish ant bake for 30 minutes at 350°F or 175C.
  4. Let it cool before slicing and enjoy! :).
