Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can choose to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people opt for the easy elevator ride instead of making an attempt on the stairs. That one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the added boost that your system needs.

Pick water over other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every occasionally isn’t a bad idea. Using them for your only source of hydration, conversely, is dumb. Ingredients of Healthy energy bars

  1. It's 1 cup of oats.
  2. It's 1 cup of mix dry fruits.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of wheat flakes.
  4. It's 1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds.
  5. You need 3/4 cup of honey.
  6. It's 1 tbsp of ghee.
  7. It's 2 tbsp of milk.

  1. Coarsely chop the dry fruits..
  2. In a non stick pan dry roast the oats on low flame and keep aside..
  3. Now roast the dry fruits in ghee and keep aside..
  4. Coarsely crush the oats, pumpkin seeds and wheat flakes in the mixer..
  5. Mix all the dry ingredients together and finally add the honey and milk slowly as required..
  6. The mixture should get blended with each other properly..
  7. Transfer the mixture in the greased mould. Let it cool down on room temperature..
  8. Give shape as desired while it getting cooled down..
  9. When completely cool, remove from the mould and serve..
