Ingredients of Healthy protein Oats Bar/cookies

  1. Prepare 1 (1/4 cup) of oats.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Wheat flour.
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Brown sugar.
  4. Prepare 100 gram of butter...I used amul butter.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of coco powder.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of flaxseed paste +3 tbsp milk.
  7. You need As needed of Dry fruits (Almond,cashew,raisins,walnuts,pistachio).
  8. Prepare 1 TSP of Vanilla essence.
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp of milk powder.
  10. Prepare 2 pinch of Baking soda.

Healthy protein Oats Bar/cookies step by step

  1. Take a bowl add oats wheat flour,baking soda and coco powder mix well and keep aside.
  2. Take another bowl add butter and brown sugar& whisk with whisker till we get creamy texture.
  3. Add flaxseed paste and vanilla essence and mix well.
  4. Now add dry fruits and mix all the ingredients.
  5. Preheat oven 180 degree for 10 minutes.
  6. Make small shape bars sprinkle dryfruits and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. After baking cool down the bars and store in air tight container.

Preptime: 12 Minutes

Cooktime: 41 Minutes

Serve: 1 Persons
