If you do work on a very high floor, why not get off the elevator a few floors earlier and walk the rest of the way? So many people pick the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. Even if you only have a single flight to climb, climbing up and down it during the day is a great way to get additional exercise.

Water is the most effective beverage out there. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. Getting most of your hydration from them is a terrible idea. Having water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Seafood Paella

Ingredients of Seafood Paella

  1. You need 1 oz of butter.
  2. You need 3 tbsp of olive oil.
  3. It's 170 grams of chorizo cut into thin slices.
  4. It's 1/4 tsp of saffron strands.
  5. It's 1 large of onion finely chopped.
  6. You need 5 clove of garlic peeled and thinly sliced.
  7. It's 1 of green pepper diced.
  8. Prepare 1 of red pepper diced.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of paella rice.
  10. You need 2 pints of chicken stock.
  11. You need 1 cup of dry white wine.
  12. It's 4 large of tomatoes de-seeded and diced.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of thyme leaf.
  14. It's 1/2 tsp of chilli flakes or a finely chopped chilli.
  15. You need 1/2 tsp of paprika.
  16. Prepare 1 cup of frozen or fresh peas.
  17. Prepare 6 large of king prawns.
  18. It's 350 grams of prawns.
  19. Prepare 300 grams of squid chopped into bite size pieces.

Seafood Paella instructions

  1. Heat half the olive oil and butter in a large flat bottom pan over medium heat. Get another pan ready for your seafood for later..
  2. Fry chorizo until slightly crisp. Get your hot chicken stock ready and add saffron to the stock..
  3. Add onion peppers and 4 cloves of garlic and fry until soft..
  4. Add thyme, chilli or flakes and rice. Stir until rice is coated with oil. Turn down heat if rice starts to stick to the bottom of the pan..
  5. Add paprika and wine..
  6. When wine starts to bubble add about 1 and 1/2 pints of chicken stock. Add tomatoes and peas. Turn down heat and cook for about 10 mins. Don't take your eye of the pan because this rice is like a sponge. If it sticks or feels to thick add a little more stock..
  7. Now is the time to put the cat out. Heat the rest of your oil and garlic and butter in your other pan. Fry king prawns for about 1 minute each side. Then add to paella. Try to keep some oil you have a little more to do..
  8. Do the same with your prawns for 1 minute. Add to paella..
  9. Now add squid for no more than 1 minute and add to paella..
  10. Lemon and parsley to garnish. Let the cat in and enjoy..
