In this way, even when you choose that you want something greasy or not super nutritous, you will still be choosing items that are healthier for you than you would probably choose while running into a store or fast food restaurant.

Run the stairs. Instead of picking the elevator, ascend the stairs to your floor. Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a great way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the higher floors, you can still get out of the elevator first and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. Most people will decide to be lazy and take an elevator instead of getting exercise on the stairs. Even if you only have one flight to climb, climbing along it during the day is a great way to get extra exercise.

Drink water, not other drinks. Soda and coffee, when used in small amounts, aren't that bad. Using them for your lone source of hydration, on the other hand, is dumb. When you choose water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthful and hydrated. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are a whole lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Extensive gym visits and directly defined diets are not always the solution. You can do tiny things every day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Trying to get in as much physical exercise as possible is another. Don't overlook that health isn't only about how much you weigh. You really want your body to be strong too.

  1. Prepare 2 of hot dog bread loaves.
  2. Prepare For of pizza stuffing mixture:.
  3. You need 1-2 of finely chopped baby corn.
  4. Prepare 1 of green capsicum finely chopped.
  5. You need 1 of onion finely chopped.
  6. It's 1 of tomato (deseeded) finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of ajwain.
  8. It's to taste of Salt.
  9. You need 1 cup of pizza sauce.
  10. It's 1 tsp of mixed herbs.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of red chilli flakes.
  12. Prepare As required of Cheese.
  13. Prepare As per taste of Tomato ketchup.
  14. It's As required of Amul Butter.

  1. In mixing bowl add all mentioned veggies for stuffing. Add 1 tbsp ajwain, salt..
  2. Slit hot dog bread loaf into half as shown. Apply butter on both sides. Lightly roast them on tawa griddle on inner side part..
  3. Apply pizza sauce on buttered sides as shown. On it spread veggies stuffing..
  4. On it sprinkle grated cheese, Chilli flakes,mix herbs as shown..
  5. Cover and grill on griddle or/ in oven till cheese melts. Drizzle with tomato ketchup..
  6. Cut into 3 pieces and Serve Quick pizza bites..
