Ingredients of Quick Sandwich

  1. You need 4 of Brown bread slices.
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt/Hung curd.
  3. It's 1 tbsp of grated cucumber.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of grated carrot.
  5. It's 1/2 tbsp of finely chopped onion.
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of ketchup.
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of chaat masala.
  8. You need 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
  9. It's Pinch of mix herbs seasoning.
  10. It's To taste of salt.

Quick Sandwich step by step

  1. In a bowl take hung curd or greek yoghurt, add the dry spices. Now add ketchup. Add grated veggies and mix everything..
  2. Place the filling on one side of the bread slice and cover it with other slice. Repeat the process with the remaining bread slices..
  3. You can heat the sandwiches on a non stick tawa with drizzle of oil or grill or u can eat it like this for healthier version..
  4. Cut the sandwiches in triangle. It can be served with any cutney or sauce as per ur taste..
