That just one flight of stairs—when taken a several times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.
Water is the most effective beverage out there. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a terrible idea. It is, however, a bad idea to solely drink soda or coffee. Choosing water as opposed to other beverage adds to your body's health and allows it stay hydrated. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without having to buy and eat disgusting diet foods.
