  1. Break the eggs in a large bowl, add salt and stir to mix.
  2. Preheat a pan with some oil.
  3. Dip a slice of bread in the egg mix and ensure both sides are well covered with the egg mixture.
  4. Take the wet slice and place on your pan. Ensure both sides are well cooked - each side could take a minute. Depending on the size of pan, you can cook two at a time.
