This isn't as effortless to do if you work on a very high floor but if you work on a lower floor, using the stairs is a excellent way to get some extra exercise. Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the rest of the way. Lots of people choose the easy elevator ride instead of making an effort on the stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Pick water over other refreshments. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthy and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and getting healthy.

There are a lot of things that contribute to your getting healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or restrained diets. Little things, when done every day, can do plenty to make it easier to get healthy and lose pounds. Make smart choices every day is a great start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Don't forget that health isn't only about how much you weigh. It has more to do with making your body as sturdy as it can be.

Ingredients of Choco pops / kid's favorite/quick and easy bread pops

  1. You need 2 of bread slices.
  2. Prepare 2 tablespoon of condensed milk / or alternate 2 tbsp choco spread.
  3. It's 1 of and half tablespoon melted butter.
  4. Prepare 1 of Cadbury chocolate.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of milk.
  6. Prepare of Colourful sprinkles for decoration.
  7. It's of Straws or sticks for the pops.

Choco pops / kid's favorite/quick and easy bread pops step by step

  1. First make bread slices into crum just blend it into blender.
  2. Then put bread crum in a bowl add melted butter, condensed milk or any chocolate spread mix it well.
  3. Make balls according to your choice and put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt Cadbury chocolate in a microwave oven or in double boiler add 2 tbsp of milk in it for pouring consistency.
  5. Then cover the balls into chocolate and decorate with sprinkles and again put it in the fridge to settle it.
  6. Put sticks in it or thin straw and enjoy chilled !.
