  3. Prepare 1 of ⁄4 teaspoon salt.
  4. Prepare 2 tablespoons of oil.
  5. It's of Sugar is optional.
  6. Prepare of Eggwash from one egg white.

  1. Beat eggs in oil and add with water to flour and salt. (And sugar)..
  2. Preheat oven. Grease loaf tin..
  3. Knead dough for 2 to 3 mins..
  4. Put in loaf tin and apply egg wash..
  5. Bake at 190° C for 40mins. Test for doneness before removing and cooling on wire rack..
