When you choose water more than other beverages you are helping your body stay very healthful and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories from your diet— without having to be forced to eat terrible tasting diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really slimming down and leading a healthful lifestyle.

There are a whole lot of things that work toward your getting healthy. Not all of them require fancy gym memberships or limited diets. Little things, when done every single day, can do a lot to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being intelligent when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also necessary. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about losing weight. You really want your body to be strong too.

Ingredients of Vermont Night quick bread

  1. preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. whipped butter and brown sugar together.
  3. combine flour baking soda baking powder salt stir well with whisk.
  4. whipped butter and brown sugar together in mixer until blended.
  5. add eggs 1 at a time. beat well after each addition.
  6. beat in vanilla extract.
  7. combine Vermont night yogurt and 1/4th cup maple syrup. Stir well with whiskey.
  8. on low speed add flour mixture and yogurt mixture alternately to the butter mixture begin and end with flour mixture beat till combined.
  9. add batter to greased and floured bunt pan. bake for 43 minutes or until pic comes out with moist crumbs attached.
  10. cool for 10 minutes on wire rack.
  11. removing from pan completely cool on rack.
  12. mix powdered sugar in 1 tablespoon maple syrup and small bowl. stir until smooth. drizzle glaze over top of bread.

Preptime: 11 Minutes

Cooktime: 48 Minutes

Serve: 4 Persons
