Even just a individual flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Drink water, not alternative beverages. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee every so often won't hurt you too badly. It will be, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Having water instead of other forms of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is often the main element to successful weight-loss and healthfulness.

There are plenty of things you can pursue to become healthy. Intensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. It is the little things you choose each day that really help you with weight loss and becoming healthy. Being intelligent about the selections you make each day is a start. A good amount of physical activity each day is also important. Remember: being healthy isn’t just about losing weight. You need to make your body as strong you can make it.

Chocolate Icing

Ingredients of Chocolate Icing

  1. It's 9 tbsp of Melted butter.
  2. It's 3/4 cup of Hershey's unsweetened cocos powder.
  3. You need 6 cup of Confectioners Sugar.
  4. You need 6 tbsp of Carnation evaporated milk.
  5. It's 1 1/2 tsp of Pure vanilla.

Chocolate Icing step by step

  1. Place melted butter in large bowl.
  2. Add 3/4 cup of cocoa powder. Mix butter and cocoa powder together.
  3. Add powdered sugar slowly until all is mixed in with the butter and cocoa mixture.
  4. Add 6 tablespoons of milk and 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla to the above mixture.
  5. If you want thinner icing, use more milk. For thicker icing add an additional 1/2 cup confectioners Sugar..
