Even just a individual flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Pick water over other drinks. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to help your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without needing to buy and eat disgusting diet foods.
