Even if your office or home is on one of the top floors, you can decide to get off of the elevator early and take the stairs the remainder of the way. So many people pick the elevator over climbing even a single flight of stairs. That just one flight of stairs—when taken a few times a day—can be just the extra boost that your system needs.

Water is the best drinks out there. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every once in a while isn’t a horrible idea. It is definitely, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. When you decide on water over other beverages you are helping your body remain very healthy and hydrated. You’re also cutting hundreds of calories out of your diet— without having to deal with terrible tasting diet food. Water is often one of the keys to successful weight reduction and healthfulness.

There are plenty of things you can pursue to become healthy. Extensive gym visits and narrowly defined diets are not always the solution. Little things, when done every single day, can do a lot to help you get healthy and lose pounds. Being smart when you choose your food and routines is where it begins. Getting as much physical exercise as you possibly can is another factor. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indicator of your lifestyle choices. You need to make your body as strong as possible.

  2. It's 1 Cup of milk.
  3. It's 3 of Eggs.
  4. Prepare 1 of Tomato chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 of small onion chopped.
  6. It's 1 of green chilli chopped.
  7. It's 2 tbspn of fresh coriander chopped.
  8. It's of Oil.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes.
  12. You need 1/4 tsp of turmeric powder.
  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp of roasted crushed coriander.

  1. Aik bowl ma bread ke pieces kar ke us ma milk dalein mix kar ke aik side per rakh dain..
  2. Bowl ma eggs,red chilli flakes, turmeric powder,salt,black pepper powder,cumin and crushed coriander add kar ke beat kar lain..
  3. Ab bread ma eggs mixture dal ke achy se mix kar ke tomato chopped,green chilli chopped,onion chopped and chopped coriander mix karein..
  4. Pan ma 1 tbspn ghee spread karein phir Mixture dal ke set karein low flame per cover kar ke rakh dain.Low flame per hi pakaein take achy se cook ho jye..
  5. After 8 to 10 minutes plate oper rakh ke side change karein 1 tbspn ghee laga dain sides per..
  6. After 5 minutes bread Omelette ready hy cut karein aur serve karein..
