Select water over other refreshments. Sipping a soda or cup of coffee from time to time won't hurt you too badly. Getting most of your hydration from them is a horrendous idea. Ingesting water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. This also helps you decrease your caloric intake by hundreds of points without requiring you to buy and eat gross diet foods.   3. Prepare 1/4 cup of olive oil.
  4. Prepare of Juice of one small orange and one lime (or lemon).
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon of horseradish mustard.
  6. It's 1 of large clove garlic, crushed.
  7. It's 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional).
  8. You need 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
  9. It's 1 teaspoon of salt.

  1. Combine marinade ingredients in a large zip top plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes or longer..
  2. Preheat oven to 425° F..
  3. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with extra-wide foil (this is only to save cleanup) and place a baking/cooling rack on top. Or set two 8 x 11" disposable foil broiler pans on your baking sheet..
  4. Remove drumsticks from marinade and place on rack. Keep marinade to one side..
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, turning once after 35 minutes (internal temperature should be 165° F). Baste with reserved marinade a couple of times during cooking..
