So many people pick the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great improvement to your system.

Select water over other drinks. Having a soda or a cup of coffee every now and then isn’t a bad idea. It will be, however, a bad idea to exclusively drink soda or coffee. Having water instead of other types of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Water is usually one of the keys to really losing weight and becoming really healthy.

There are many things you can do to become healthy. An overpriced gym membership and very hard to stick to diets are not the only way to do it. You can do small things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent when you choose your food and activities is where it begins. Ingredients of Cucumber raita

  1. Prepare 1 cup of Curd.
  2. Prepare 1 of Cucumber grated.
  3. You need to taste of black salt and red chilli powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of Roasted cumin seeds.
  5. It's 5-6 of Curry leaves.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Oil.

Cucumber raita instructions

  1. Mix grated cucumber, salt, cumin, red chilli in curd..
  2. Give it to a good mix..
  3. Take a pan heat the oil.
  4. Add curry leaves in it and give tadka to the raita.... Raita is ready...
