Ingredients of Soy Chicken boneless

  1. It's 1 (240 ml) bowl of boiled shredded chunky chicken.
  2. It's 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
  3. Prepare 1 of onion chopped fine.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of crushed garlic.
  5. It's 1 cup of scallions / green onion.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce.
  7. It's to taste of Salt.
  8. It's 1 tsp of cumin.
  9. You need 1 tsp of red chilli flakes.
  10. It's 1-2 tbsp of oil.
  11. You need as needed of Some sweet corn optional.

  1. Boil chicken pieces,shred when cool,heat oil in pan saute with scallions and chilli flakes.
  2. Make a soy sauce gravy with Cumin,red sweet chilli sauce salt to taste,add the chicken mix ready and add few chunks of chicken here.place on steamed rice and enjoy..
  3. Serve hot.
