Ingredients of Cucumber and Ginger Lemonade

  1. You need 2 of medium sized ginger.
  2. Prepare 1 of medium sized cucumber.
  3. It's 2 of medium size lemon.
  4. It's to taste of Mint syrup.

Cucumber and Ginger Lemonade step by step

  1. Grate or blend your cucumber, ginger.Squeeze your lemon to remove the juice.

  3. Add your sugar and mint leaf(I use dried mint leaf you can also use fresh one)and add water boil for 5 mins to make your syrup, sieve and allow it to cool.
