Take the stairs. Rather than using an elevator, walk up the stairs to the floor you live or work on. Obviously this isn’t as possible if you work on the 25th floor of a high rise, but if you work on the fourth, climbing the stairs is a excellent way to get some exercise in. Even if you do live or work on one of the upper floors, you can still get out of the elevator early and climb up the stairs the rest of the way. So many people choose the elevator over clambering even a single flight of stairs. Even just a sole flight of stairs, when travelled up or down a few times a day--can be a great boost to your system.

Choose water over other refreshments. Drinking a soda or cup of coffee once in awhile won't hurt you too badly. It is, however, a bad idea to only drink soda or coffee. Ingesting water instead of other kinds of drinks is a good way to aid your body in its health and hydration. Doing this helps you cut hundreds of calories out of your diet without your having to suffer through a bunch of gross diet food. Effective weight loss efforts often depend exclusively on water ingestion.

There are all kinds of things that you can do to get healthy. An expensive gym membership and very restrictive diets are not the only way to do it. You can do tiny things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Make shrewd choices every day is a great start. A proper amount of physical activity each day is also important. The numbers on the scale aren't the only signal of your healthfulness. It’s about making your body as sturdy as it can be.

  2. Dice d cucumber.
  3. Add all d above ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain, add ice n serve. U can add sprite if u wish.
  5. Enjoy.
