Ingredients of Chicken boneless biryani

  1. It's 2 cups of rice.
  2. You need 5 of tomatoes.
  3. It's 10 cloves of garlic.
  4. It's 6 of green chillis.
  5. You need of 2 1/2 tsp Salt i put.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli.
  7. It's 4 slice of Lemon.
  8. It's 750 gram of Chicken.
  9. Prepare 1 tbs of Mixed pickle.
  10. Prepare 1 of cinnamon stick.
  11. Prepare 1 of big cardamom.
  12. You need of Few whole black paper.
  13. Prepare 2 tsp of cumin.
  14. Prepare 5 of cloves.
  15. It's 1 pinch of nut meg powder.
  16. You need 8 of dry plums.
  17. It's of Ghee.
  18. You need 2 cups of water same cup which you use for rice measurement.
  19. Prepare of Yellow food colour.

Chicken boneless biryani instructions

  1. Blend the tomatoes, garlic and green chilli in a blender make a paste..
  2. Add ghee or oil in a pan heat the oil first then add all the dry spice in the pan and stir it for 30 seconds then add chicken add stir that for 10 minutes..
  3. Then add all the blend mixture in that and add lemon, pickle aswell red chilli and salt..
  4. Now add 2 cups of water and leave it for boiling on medium flame..
  5. When the water is boiling properly then drain the rice and add in that boiling water make sure no excess water go in there and add yellow food colour..
  6. Then leave it on high to medium gas until the water gets dry but make sure u mix the rice during this process when the water gets dry leave it on very low flame and put the lid on top for 15 minutes. If you think your rice its still not done you can add bit of water and leave it on low flame. Enjoy the rice with salad..
