Chicken Boneless Handi

Ingredients of Chicken Boneless Handi

  1. You need of Boneless chicken cubes 1/2 kg.
  2. Prepare of Tomatoe 2 puree.
  3. You need 2 of medium onion smooth paste.
  4. It's of Garlic Cloves 5 & 1/2 inch ginger make a smooth paste.
  5. You need 3 Tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Dry Roasted cumin powder.
  8. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Coriander powder.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Dry kasuri methi.
  10. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Salt.
  11. It's 1/2 cup of Yougart (Dahi).
  12. You need 2 of Green chilli chopped.
  13. It's of Sliced ginger.
  14. You need of Coriander leaves some.
  15. You need 1/2 tsp of Garam Masala.
  16. It's of Milk pack fresh cream 1/2 packet.
  17. You need 1/2 cup of Ghee.

Chicken Boneless Handi step by step

  1. Take a Handi or a Pan heat 1/2 cup ghee add onion paste fry until golden in colour then add ginger garlic paste cook on high flame until cooked nicely..
  2. Then add all spices except garam masala, add kasuri methi add little water at a time and fry until cooked then add tomatoe puree mix nd cook for 1 mint until Masala ready..
  3. Now add chicken cubes nd fry until colour changed. Then add Yougart mix nicely add 1/2 cup water cover nd cook until chicken tender completely. After cook then add 1/2 packet of fresh cream mix nicely, add green chillis, ginger, coriander leaves, garam masala mix it cover & give dum for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. Chicken Boneless Handi is ready serve hot..
